    6v6 Men's & Coed Fall 2021
     
    Team Fees: $275  or can pick Option 2 and will be set up per player (please contact me for promo code)
    State Fee: $24.39 per player (Membership from:  Fall 2021-Summer 2022) 
    Player Fees: $10 per player
    Referee Fees: $15 per game cash
     
    Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.  Once a division is full , teams will be add to a waiting list or offered another division.
